Main Responsibilities:
1. Channel Development & Management
Define and implement channel development strategies to support business growth
Develop and execute channel policies (rebates incentives partner programs)
Manage partnership agreements and ensure compliance
2. Partner Enablement & Certification
Drive partner capability enhancement in sales technical and service domains
Manage the partner certification framework (e.g. certified partner levels sales/technical certifications)
Deliver partner training programs jointly with technical enablement teams
3. Channel Operations & Data Management
Analyze channel performance data: sales pipeline inventory rebate usage etc.
Generate operational reports and business insights to support strategic decision-making
Maintain and optimize partner operation platforms (e.g. Partner Portal Incentive Platform)
Coordinate with internal IT and business teams to resolve system issues
4. Business Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with sales solution marketing and service teams to support joint GTM initiatives
Assist in partner selection and resource matching for key business projects
Organize partner-related activities: partner summits marketing events and joint promotions
Enhance Huaweis brand visibility and influence in the partner community
5. Policy Compliance & Risk Management
Monitor partner performance and compliance with Huawei channel policies
Support audits and follow up on issue rectification
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree degree in Business Management Marketing or ICT electric majors information technologies Mechanical Engineers Automatic Control Engineering.
2 years of sufficient experience
Strong analytical skills detail-oriented and strong communication skills;
Patience strong execution good at excel and PPT will be preferred
Be familiar with Channel business model with channel experience will be preferred
Fluent knowledge of Chinese and English language is mandatory; knowledge of German language is a plus
