Position: HR Executive – Delhi, India
DreamzTech Solutions, a leading player in the Abrasives and Nonmetallic Minerals Manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources functions and contributing to our overall organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
- Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance
- Handle employee grievances and provide appropriate resolutions in a timely manner
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- Knowledge of HR functions such as compensation & benefits, recruitment, and performance management
- Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
