Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve operational objectives.
- Drive KPIs & profitability.
- Work closely with area managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Coach sales teams to enhance business performance.
- Support store expansion plans.
- Conduct business analysis & prepare presentations.
- Manage and develop people effectively.
- Liaise with key departments for business improvement strategies.
- Implement strategic marketing plans.
- Conduct regular store visits across the region.
Requirements
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations.
- Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multi-task.

- Experience overseeing approximately 35 or more retail outlets is highly preferred.
