Job Description: SEO Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving organic search visibility driving qualified traffic and optimizing website performance through proven SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings and traffic
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Optimize website content meta tags headings URLs and internal linking
Perform technical SEO audits (site speed indexing crawl issues)
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
Coordinate with content design and development teams for SEO improvements
Build quality backlinks through ethical link-building practices
Track analyze and report SEO performance and insights
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
12 years of hands-on experience in SEO
Strong knowledge of on-page off-page and technical SEO
Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics Search Console Ahrefs/SEMrush etc.)
Understanding of HTML CSS (basic level)
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
Knowledge of keyword research and content optimization
Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and mobile SEO
Good to Have
Experience with Local SEO
Basic knowledge of Google Ads / PPC
Exposure to B2B SEO
Understanding of UX and conversion optimization
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and in a team
