Job Summary
- Provide production support engineering for manufacturing operations including testing methods procedures and yield improvement activities.
- Support device specifications investigate yield issues and participate in minor redesigns of devices and tooling.
- Analyze customer returns and manufacturing non-conformances to support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Support supplier-related engineering changes and assist in the evaluation of externally purchased components.
Assume responsibility for devices and/or components after transfer into high-volume production. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes while considering quality cost and efficiency constraints.
- Assist internal stakeholders or customers with device usage questions or testing activities as needed.
- Support documentation data analysis and reporting activities related to manufacturing performance.
- Comply with all company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
- **Perform other duties as assigned.**
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (required).
- 02 years of engineering experience including internships co-op programs or capstone project experience.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively under close supervision while managing assigned tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with internal teams.
- Demonstrated initiative adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willing to work 100% on-Site in Juncos PR and work weekend and/or night shifts as required by production needs.
