Summary:
The Senior HR Generalist plays a pivotal role within the Human Resources function of a dynamic pharmaceutical organization driving strategic and operational HR initiatives across a complex regulated environment. This position is responsible for supporting talent acquisition employee relations performance management compliance with labor laws and HR policy implementation in alignment with industry standards and corporate governance. With a deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamicsincluding GxP regulatory compliance and safety protocolsthe Senior HR Generalist ensures that HR practices support both business objectives and employee well-being. Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles within R&D clinical operations manufacturing and commercial functions.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns mediating conflicts and ensuring equitable compliant resolutions in line with company policies and labor regulations.
- Administer performance management cycles including goal setting feedback mechanisms and development planning ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws employment regulations and pharmaceutical industry standards (including GxP FDA EMA and ISO requirements).
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in the HRIS system; generate reports for leadership and regulatory purposes.
- Support organizational development initiatives including onboarding programs leadership development and succession planning.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement change management strategies during restructuring mergers or operational expansions.
- Conduct HR audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies procedures and best practices within a regulated environment.
- Promote a culture of inclusion diversity and employee engagement through targeted programs and feedback mechanisms.

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience in a regulated industry preferably within pharmaceuticals biotechnology or medical devices.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance within a GxP environment.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws labor regulations and HR compliance standards relevant to the pharmaceutical sector.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors or similar) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with change management organizational development and policy implementation.
