Job Summary
- Prepares periodic reports regarding the function activities and achievements
- Participate in the periodic meetings with direct manager ensure that priorities are clear and the workflow is running smoothly as per agreed plans at the beginning of each year.
- Study project contract documents (time schedule project design drawings BOQ etc.)
- Prepare the shop drawing for construction projects
- Study and prepares requests for information (RFIs) for all missing unclear conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction
- Review subcontractors shop drawings and design drawing as well as outsourced drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant
- Review BIM model and ensure quality to Owners standard
- Coordinate with Surveying team to provide them with all the information about land and any site measurement required
- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical issues and other problems that may arise during construction to the direct manager for discussion and provide proper solution timely
- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hands over to the project consultant
- Prepare sub-contractors periodically Qs invoices and compares it according to the project budget
- Prepare materials cut off list procurement plan and analyze technical & financial offers
- Study and review all tender documents received by business unit including instructions to tenders contract general and special conditions specifications drawings and preparing BOQ
- Participate in value engineering workshops
- Participate in strategy workshops and actively contribute innovative solutions
- Support the department development activities
- Prepare and submit Project Documents such as and not limited to IRMIRCPRCasting table steel table.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering
- From 4:7 years Experience
- Very Good English & Arabic other language is an asset
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods CAD design analysis and modern structural systems.
- Professional knowledge in Construction methods and applications
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (MS Office- Autocad-Revit Navis work is preferred -Auto rebar or equivalent-cut optimization Primavera is preferred)
