- AsExecutive-TrainingSales&Operations atthespecifiedlocationyouwouldberesponsibletonurturecurrentclientelecross-sellandupsellvarioustrainingsacquirenewclientstoexpandthegeographicandservicesspread.
Yourprimarytaskwillbetosell&ensurethedeliveryofthetrainings(standardandcustomized)toallindustries businesstypesand individuals. - You shallberesponsiblefortheachievementofthesales&revenuetargetofTrainingServicesofDNVinyourterritory.
- YoushallImplementthesalesplanandcollaboratewithexpertstoserveclientsacrossindustries.
- Youwillhavetogetsalesthroughvariousavenuesincludingbutnotlimitedtoinhousecoursespubliccoursesvirtualcoursese-learning modulesetc.
- Youwillalsohavetoplayaroleinqualifyingthetutorsgettingthesoldcoursesdeliveredbyarrangingschedulingofrelevant tutor/s arrangements fortraining delivering certificates to the candidates of a training programme payment collection addressing customer complaints related to training and delivery and taking feedback & working over it from customers.
You will be supported by the highly qualified technical team for special services in making technical proposals qualificationpresentationsandsupportingsellingofserviceswhereveressentialforclosingthecontracts.

Qualifications
Youshouldbebasedoutof Mumbaiand areexpectedto haveextensiveknowledgeofthelocalmarketof Maharashtra .Therolewillrequire to travel withinterritory.
Position Qualifications:
- An Engineer or a graduate in anydiscipline.
- MBAinSales/Marketingwillbeaddedadvantage.
- Min.5yearssimilarexperienceinaTraining/Academicinstituteorcertificationbody
