Key Responsibilities

1. Bidding Documents Preparation and Technical Review

• Prepare comprehensive bidding documentation and technical specifications

• Conduct thorough technical reviews of contractor submissions

• Ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards

2. Pre-Implementation Design Review and Recommendation

• Review design proposals and technical drawings

• Provide recommendations for optimization and feasibility

• Coordinate with design teams and stakeholders for alignment

3. Safety Implementation: EHS Inspection and Site Audit

• Develop and implement Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) protocols

• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits

• Ensure compliance with Thai safety regulations and international standards

• Identify and mitigate potential safety risks

4. Audit Inspection and Corrective Action Management

• Conduct comprehensive project audits and inspections

• Track identified issues and non-conformances

• Monitor and verify effective implementation of corrective actions

• Document closure of all action items

5. Construction Implementation: Contract and Construction Management

• Manage contractor performance and contractual obligations

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and progress

• Monitor budget schedule and quality metrics

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and subcontractors

• Manage change orders and contract modifications

6. Project Close-Out

• Manage final inspections and handover procedures

• Prepare project completion documentation

• Conduct lessons learned sessions

• Ensure all project deliverables are completed and documented

Required Qualifications

• Education:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field

• Experience:Minimum 5-7 years of construction project management experience

• Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of industrial construction and fit-out projects

  • Familiarity with EHS regulations and best practices

  • Knowledge of Thai construction standards and regulations

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Good command of English

  • Attention to detail and quality focus

  • Leadership and team coordination capabilities

  • Contract management expertise

Working Conditions

• Location:Lamphun Thailand (on-site presence required)

• Travel:Occasional travel may be required for project meetings and inspections

• Monday - Saturday (6 days) : 8AM 5PM
