Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive ESH management plan for the project.
Coordinate and work closely with IFMT HSSE team construction vendors and government agencies to ensure compliance with ESH regulations.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with ESH regulations.
Enforce a safe work environment throughout the project.
Monitor contractors implementation of safety policies and procedures in accordance with local state and federal rules and regulations.
Report safety inspections and follow up with contractors.
Identify safety training needs and provide training for construction workers. Follow up with contractors.
Monitor compliance with safety procedures throughout the project.
Report on safety compliance and incidents.
Provide advice on a variety of safety-related topics (noise levels machinery use etc.)
Inspect safety-related equipment tools and devices with contractors.
Implement on-site safety programs in compliance with applicable laws.
Monitor and report on environmental impacts and implement measures to minimize harm.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of HSE supervision experience in construction
Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and construction safety standards
Valid HSE certifications (OHSAS 18001 ISO 45001 or equivalent)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in English and Thai languages
Working Conditions
Location:Lamphun Thailand (on-site presence required)
Travel:Occasional travel may be required for project meetings and inspections

Monday - Saturday (6 days) : 8AM 5PM
