Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Collaborate with architects civil engineers and structural engineers to ensure cohesive design and integration.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including design drawings specifications and reports.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any on-site engineering issues.
• Develop and review design plans for civil structural and architectural components.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and standards.
• Oversee on-site construction activities related to civil structural and architectural elements.
• Ensure that construction is carried out in accordance with design specifications and project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during construction. Safety and Stability:
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Working Conditions

• Location:Lamphun Thailand (on-site presence required)

• Travel: Occasional travel may be required for project meetings and inspections

• Working dates and hours: Monday - Saturday (6 days) : 8AM 5PM
