Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cyber Security Intern to join our corporate cybersecurity team. This role offers hands-on experience in security operations incident response and risk analysis within a global enterprise environment. The intern will actively contribute to meaningful projects assist in daily SOC activities and gain exposure to industry-leading tools and frameworks.

Education:

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science Cybersecurity Information Technology or related field.
• Must have completed sophomore year prior to internship start.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles (Confidentiality Integrity Availability).
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals operating systems and common security tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred:

• Exposure to SIEM tools vulnerability scanners or scripting languages (PowerShell Python).
• Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CIS Controls or ISO 27001.

Work Hours: Flexible based on academic schedule and business needs.

Safety Training: Provided upon onboarding; additional refresher training as required.
