As the Equipment Product and Service Sales Manager you will champion initiatives that maximize profitability strengthen customer relationships and inspire a high-performing team. Your leadership will shape the direction of our sales and marketing successmaking a lasting impact on our business and our customers.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales force through strategic management.
  • Collaborative Relationships: Foster close and productive relationships with branch and regional operational managers to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Excellence: Ensure timely and appropriate dissemination of competitive intelligence product updates and health and safety information.
  • Team Development: Recruit lead coach develop and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies leveraging SalesLink technology.
  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
