Job Overview
The All-Source Intelligence Analyst SME is responsible for gathering analyzing and interpretingintelligence information from various sources to support decision-making and strategic planning byassessing threats identify trends and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
Essential Functions
- Shall provide Intelligence Analysts responsible for researching developing and presentingintelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders commanders and staff.
- Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production as well as interface with CombatantCommand and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration andsituational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational andtactical level intelligence requirements.
- Work independently with no required oversite.
- Provide advice to the leadership on processes procedures technology and other items ofinterests
- Responsible for the production of intelligence assessments and products in support of deployedSOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.
- Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemypersonnel as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supportingtargeting efforts and threat analysis.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Demonstrated level of proficiency in proven analytic techniques current analytic tools productionof high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessmentsfinished intelligence products papers presentations)
- Proven ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required and specified in thebelow qualifications.
- Superior proficiency knowledge understanding and experience with current all-source analyticaltechniques theory methodologies processes and trends.
- Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligencetools.
- Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.
Education / Certifications
- High School Diploma required.
- DOD DoS DHS or equivalent training/course completion preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of eight (8) or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the fullperformance level with 5 or more years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national levelintelligence agencies such as NSA CIA or DIA.
- At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.
- 3 or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g. whitepapers targeting packages or other serialized finished intelligence products).
- In-depth knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.
