State Director of Community Solutions

Responsibilities may include:

Management of the assigned ViaQuest managed company or companies operating within their assigned area
Assuring all aspects of the program of services and supports are developed implemented coordinated and monitored to the highest degree possible
Establish and maintain effective team relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Fiscal oversight including but not limited to: budget development implementation and ensuring fiscal responsibility
Supervise leadership roles with a statewide perspective and impact as well as any other positions
Oversee the overall operations of the assigned

Requirements for this position include:

Bachelors degree in a social or human services field
A minimum of 6 years experience in the human services field
A Minimum of 4 years of management/ supervisory experience
Verification of good driving record valid drivers license current/unexpired auto insurance and reliable transportation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency of operating a computer and Microsoft Office and other required products.
Excellent Decision-making and Time management skills
Ability and willingness to travel throughout Indiana on a bi-monthly basis. Travel to Dublin OH occasionally may be required.
Ability to pass a Criminal Background check.
