Purpose

This role connects with internal customer to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solution through group or local applications.

Key Missions

As a Senior Manager - D365 F&O you will act as a functional and managerial lead for the Finance & Procurement application domain within a global IT organization. You will manage a team of senior Business Analysts (Level 3) and ensure the consistency stability and evolution of the Group Core Model across Finance Procurement and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Management

Provide direct line management to a team of 4 Business Analysts Level 3 including:

o Purchasing / Procurement

o Finance (including electronic invoicing compliance)

o Manufacturing & Supply Chain (with a dotted line to the Supply Chain Domain Leader)

o Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

Ensure clear role definition objectives setting performance management and skills development.

2. Functional Leadership & Core Model Governance

Own enforce the Group Core Model for Finance and Procurement within D365 F&O.

Ensure alignment of business requirements with the Core Model and global standards.

Review challenge and approve functional designs gap analyses and solution proposals.

3. ERP & Application Scope

Act as functional lead on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations:

o Finance modules (GL AP AR FA Bank Credit and Collection & Taxes)

o Procurement & Sourcing

o Manufacturing & Supply Chain (coordination role)

o Project Accounting (optional)

Contribute to the maintenance and transition of legacy systems including AX 2009 (nice-to-have).

4. Stakeholder & Project Management

Act as a key interface between:

o Global Finance & Procurement business teams

o IT delivery teams and system integrators

Required Skills & Experience:

Functional & ERP Expertise

Strong functional expertise in Finance and Procurement processes.

Proven experience (8) on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

D365 F&O certifications mandatory (MB-310).

Experience with AX 2009 is a strong plus.

Good understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes (P2P & O2C including intercompany transaction).

Exposure to EPM controlling consolidation or performance management solutions.

Leadership & Soft Skills

Proven experience managing senior functional teams.

Strong communication skills in a global multicultural environment.

Ability to interact with senior business stakeholders.

Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Structured pragmatic and governance-oriented mindset.

Education & Languages

Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems Finance Accounting or equivalent.

Fluent English (written and spoken).
