Job Summary
A growing services organization is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand partnerships within the real estate and property management space. This role requires an established book of business and a strong professional network.
Responsibilities Include:
Growing business through relationships with property management companies
Leveraging an existing book of business and professional network
Developing and managing long-term partner relationships
Identifying and closing subcontracting opportunities
Serving as the primary point of contact for partner accounts
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven business development or sales experience
Existing book of business within property management
Strong relationship-driven sales approach
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
Experience in property management facilities or building services preferred
Salary: $150k - $200k/Year Commission
