Job Summary

Work Arrangement

On-Site at Fort Liberty NC with CONUS and OCONUS TDYs up to 120 days. Contractor required to beavailable for immediate recall (1 hours) in case of Command Directives.

Job Overview

The Intelligence Exploitation Analyst SME is a highly skilled professional responsible for collectinganalyzing and interpreting intelligence data to support decision-making and strategic planning. Theycollaborate with other analysts and stakeholders to identify trends patterns and potential threatscontributing to the development of effective strategies and countermeasures.

Essential Functions

  • Provide Intelligence Exploitation Analysts to provide analytical and planning support to screeningexploitation and other HUMINT missions. Intelligence Exploitation Analysts interface withintelligence organizations IA and other DoD organizations to fully prepare teams as well asprepare analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts source developmentand threat analysis.

  • Support Intelligence Exploitation SMEs to provide analytical and planning support to screeningexploitation and other HUMINT missions
  • Assist the USSOCOM staff and subordinate or associated organizations to identify
  • Assist in the development of prudent courses of action (COAs) recommend priorities trainmembers of the team and employ technical knowledge for the long-term benefit to USSOCOMoperations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Superior proficiency knowledge understanding and experience with current all-source analyticaltechniques theory methodologies processes and trends.
  • Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligencetools.
  • Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.
  • Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to supportIntelligence Exploitation analytical efforts and product development.
  • Strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in theaccomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
  • Advance working knowledge of screening exploitation and detainee operations and otherHUMINT missions including methodologies and systems.
  • Strong background and firsthand experience in the following analytical areas: Regional AnalysisGeo-Political Analysis HUMINT Analysis and Collection Management.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Education / Certifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • DOD DoS DHS or equivalent training/course completion preferred

Experience

  • Minimum of eight (8) or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the fullperformance level with 5 or more years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national levelintelligence agencies such as NSA CIA or DIA.
  • At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.
  • 3 or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g. whitepapers targeting packages or other serialized finished intelligence products).
  • In-depth knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.

Frequently required to sit and to reach to use computers and other office equipment

  • Medically able to deploy to foreign area advanced bases. Able to wear body armor helmet and otherPPE when required. Able to run walk crawl moderate distances.

Security Clearance

  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI DoD clearance U.S. Citizenship required.
