Job Objective/Summary: The Staff Development/Patient Experience Coordinator is directly responsible for ensuring staff meets state or governing requirements concerning educational hours and the overall patient experience at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. Staff Development includes oversite of nursing clinical orientation maintenance of professionals skills coaching and personal development. Effective onboarding with education on EHR equipment new processes that the director needs additional help to ensure competency and compliance. Investing in staff training and development ensuring improved patient care and satisfaction. Responsible for developing the strategy and leading the implementation to ensure improved understanding and results in our patient experience metrics. May also assist our long-term care facility Lawrence Hall Health and Rehabilitation with education needs.
Job Education Licenses/Certifications Knowledge & Experience: Must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or willing to obtain within 18 months of service. Must hold a valid and active license in good standing as an RN in the state of Arkansas. Must be ACLS PALS and BLS certified. Strong knowledge of nursing principals practices and procedures. Compassionate patient-centered approach.
