Job Description

角色与职责

备件业务目前需要更强劲的增长通过发掘历史数据并学习现有业务发生的规律和商务流程定义产品战略和路线图包括设计新产品方案防伪码流程优化等
根据当下售后服务业务的快速成长特点将相关产品策略贯彻至前线确保新方案的落地与推广
针对不同的设备及客户类型定义不同的产品策略和价格政策
协调不同部门包括产品团队技术团队供应链团队等解决现有业务流程中存在的挑战与漏洞更好的传递给客户价值
创建和/或更新用于与产品交流和促进产品提供的产品手册目录和销售工具
您将与市场营销和网页设计团队合作更新/增强数字营销工具以改善用户体验
为销售团队培训包括产品/市场/商务流程等
调整销售工具和理想的销售流程以优化购买体验
负责产品的盈利能力和产品组合的定价并推动产品成本的计划
为产品制定市场营销策略并衡量项目的有效性

基本资格

生物医学工程学士学位或相关学历医学相关领域5年临床营销产品营销或相关领域经验

所需特性

有良好的商务影响能力
优秀的口头和书面沟通能力
具有较强的分析和处理能力
有与产品开发团队供应链团队工程师团队互动的经验
熟悉数字营销和现场营销等方方面面
具有较强的英语沟通能力
接受全国差旅时间占比20%左右
具有良好的客户沟通和合作能力
必须是一个激励者自我主动者具备敬业与团队精神
