Job Summary
This role is responsible for developing Advanced Planning Documents (APDs) and supporting documentation required for planning implementation and operational activities within a Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) environment. The position ensures documentation supports system certification regulatory compliance and alignment with CMS expectations by translating complex business and technical concepts into clear well-structured written materials. The role collaborates closely with business units technical teams vendors project management budget offices and other stakeholders across the program.
