Job Summary
As a Night Porter you will...
Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins
Youll ensure guest and business safety and security is top priority at all times
In the event of a fire evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly
Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
Ensure a clean and well maintained environment for all guests.
Qualifications :
As a Hotel Staff you will...
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
- Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
- Make sure the front of house is always safe legal and clean and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
What youll bring

- Have a great eye for detail making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
- A passion for giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
