- 线上数据库维护向PSRA及产品经理上传TDSMSDS材料安全数据表等所需文件配合产品经理及易贸平台去完成产品系统上线支持及相关资料收集工作制定数据库操作及系统使用的培训计划与流程
- 返利与服务费管理每季度与中国区销售经理及财务总监协作审核返利与服务费的预提点数确保数据准确
- 价目表制定与更新负责创建及更新产品建议价目表与经销商价目表并完成公司内部及对外的信息同步与沟通工作按项目推进
- CRM培训为所有在职员工及新员工提供CRM系统操作培训按项目需求开展
- 投诉跟进每月整理CRM投诉报告针对短期集中性投诉与中国区销售经理及商业质量团队协同跟进处理
- CSAT问卷调查每年联合销售团队与商业营销团队完成前期客户数据清理并跟进问卷发放与回收进度
- 销售数据跟踪协助中国区销售经理及销售经理完成Commercial Pipeline销售机会的录入跟踪及汇报工作每月定期开展
每年配合销售团队完成各类销售活动的计划与组织工作包括销售比赛行业会议产品展览专业研讨会等
- 重点项目支持全程配合重点客户经理团队推进核心OEM/MSO项目提供全方位投标及项目跟进支持
- 学历背景本科及以上学历市场营销工商管理国际贸易等相关专业优先
- 语言能力具备较好的中英文听说读写能力可较好地协助完成翻译材料的校对工作具备灵活的商务沟通能力
- 工作经验1-3年销售支持市场支持或相关岗位工作经验有快消化工制造业等行业经验者优先
- 专业技能熟练使用Office办公软件WordExcelPPT等具备数据整理与分析能力了解CRM系统基本操作有相关系统使用经验者优先熟悉TDSMSDS等专业文件者优先
- 核心能力具备极强的沟通协调能力执行能力与责任心能高效对接内外部多部门具备良好的问题解决能力与抗压能力可同时推进多个项目工作细致严谨注重细节准确性
