Main Responsibilities

Execute daily payroll & time process running smooth for own scope and take care 4 eyes check for other team members to achieve payroll KPI with timely and accurately.
Be responsible for whole payroll and time product procedure and process with guidance from manager include revamp design analyze existing payroll and time processes identify gaps and propose areas for innovation and process improvement.
Be the key contact person with GPOlocal IT and CFO function for regular payroll and time topics.
Manage local payroll & SI vendors by defining expected KPI and follow regular KPI tracking mechanism to keep high service quality.
Take participate in the global/local project as core member from Payroll & Time team

Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience)

University degree or equivalent.
At least 5 years of work experience in HR solid knowledge in Payroll/Time & Attendance related concept and local labor law.
English language skills fluent in written and spoken
Be familiar with HR system (SAP or Workday etc.) plant shift worker time management experience is mandatory payroll vendor management experience is plus
Be familiar with social welfare policy related experience in handling payroll CBM and staff entrance/exit procedures
Experience of dealing with external business and project management experience is plus
