Job Description:

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

The Enterprise Real Estate Finance acts asbusinesspartner for Enterprise Real Estate teams across TD to help our partners make business decisions and manageglobalreal estate portfolio.

Co-op and Internship opportunities allow you to gain valuable work experience acrossa number ofthe businessesat TD. JOB DESCRIPTION

Projects/ Initiatives 50% (ad-hocmultiple per week)

Framing initial view of Real Estate business cases by using infosubmittedby business partners to set up theinitialintake

Financial modelling of the scenario requestedtaking into account timing variouschangesandspecial cases

Project ad-hoc analysis and research requests where market or internal comps are

Processes/BAU 50% (monthly andquarterly)

Management reporting for month & quarter end gathering the information from systemidentifyingoutliers understanding the drivers

Performing financial analysis on actuals vsFcst/Plan Forecasting and budgeting of Quarterly costs by using historic data and inputs from business partners

Identifyingtrends to be accounted for or improving assumptions based onpreviousforecast

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Currentlyenrolled inanundergraduate degreein Finance Accounting Analytics DataBusiness/Commerceor related field;with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term(requirement of all co-op/intern positions)

Interest in Finance and Real Estate financial modeling

Understanding of Fixed Asset depreciation methods

Basic accounting understanding

Excel skills should be sufficient where the candidate is comfortable navigating basic functions (Pivot tablesxlookupsumif IF conditional formatting)
