The Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing and working with Lowes Business Unit Part Time Store Associates to grow sales and service customers in the paint department at Lowes. The Sales Supervisor will have direct responsibility for 10-30 part-time employees within the assigned geography with primary responsibilities in the hiring training and development and daily management of the PT associates.
The Sales Supervisor is required to work directly with their RSM/RPSM on strategy and vision for their assigned region to drive sales and development of the PT Sales team.

Minimum Requirements
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g. OPT CPT H1B EB-1etc.)
Must have High School Diploma or GED
Must have a valid unrestricted drivers license
Must have at least two (2) years of work experience in customer service retail or sales
Must be willing to work all scheduled hours which may include evenings and weekends with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be willing to travel as required for this position
Preferred Qualifications
Have a bachelors degree or higher
Have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s) supervising others or leading teams
Have at least three (3) years of work experience in customer service retail or sales
Have previous working experience in selling paint and paint related products
Willing to relocate for future job opportunities
