Position: Physical Therapist Outpatient Orthopedics and Aquatics
Location: NovaCare Rehabilitation Frederick Maryland
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: Starting at $80000

Our mission is to help individuals return to athletics work daily life and the activities they love. We are seeking a full-time physical therapist passionate about treating orthopedic aquatic and sports-medicine patients.
Our Thomas Johnson Court location features advanced equipment including a Swim-X therapy pool and an Alter-G anti-gravity treadmill. The average caseload is 1012 patients per day and we welcome new graduates with on-site mentorship available to support professional growth.

Schedule: Full-time 40-hour workweek with two evenings until 6:30 PM. No weekends.
Patient Care Model: One-hour evaluations (one-on-one) and 45-minute treatment sessions.

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate treat direct and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues physicians patients family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
