- bi-weekly group supervision
- weekly team meetings which includes in-service trainings
- opportunities to be involved in focus groups such as DEI content committee
About the role:
- Completes intake assessments research and referral for clinical as well as
work/life requests - Conducts short-term face-to-face and phone counseling
- Provides case management
- Responsibility for client records (paper & electronic)
- Case placement tracking and follow-up
- 3-4 intakes daily
- Assists EAP Counselors with cases as needed Research and writing on a variety of EAP and work/life topics
- Special projects as assigned
We are looking for someone with:
Applicants must be in the New England area to have access to our office location when needed. We are currently considering second year graduate student in social work for our Counseling team. Second year graduate students must have completed the equivalent of one year of graduate school in social work and must have field placement and/or work experience in a clinical setting. Prefer candidates who also have previous work experience in a business environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

KGA has an award-winning workplace culture and supports flexible work arrangements. Aminimum of 3 days a week. Hours are based on individual school credit requirements. Remotework option is available however candidates are welcome to work in the office if they have access to a vehicle and would like to commute to our Westborough MA office location.
