Job Summary

Work Arrangement
On-Site at Fort Liberty NC with CONUS and OCONUS TDYs up to 120 days. Contractor required to beavailable for immediate recall (1 hours) in case of Command Directives.

Job Overview

OSINT Analysts are responsible for conducting advanced collection Processing ExploitationDissemination (PED) reporting and targeting using publicly available and commercially available datasources. OSINT Analysts shall interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligenceassessments in support of special operations targeting HUMINT and exploitation operations cyberoperations and indications and warnings threat estimates. OSINT Analysts shall fuse publicly availableand commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for researching developing and presenting PAI intelligence products at the tacticaland operational.
  • Research emerging open source and social media applications of social networking collaborateswith industry and academia subject matter experts and interfaces with other Governmentagencies to identify new and emerging social network analysis methodologies techniques andanalytical tools.
  • Identify and support the collection of open-source data to support multi-intelligence fusionanalysis in a collaborative environment.
  • Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemypersonnel as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supportingtargeting efforts and threat analysis.
  • Responsible for the production of intelligence assessments and products in support of deployedSOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools databases andrepositories.
  • Strong proficiency in the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools databases andrepositories as well as OSINT research and methodology.
  • Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities regulations and policy.
  • Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite ofapplications.
  • Strong verbal briefing skills able to brief at the O4/GS13 level or above.

Education / Certifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • DOD DoS DHS or equivalent training/course completion preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of six (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or theIntelligence Community.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation analysis andreporting. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred.(Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing translating and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI social media or news sources) will not be consideredequivalent experience)
  • In-depth knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.

  • Medically able to deploy to foreign area advanced bases. Able to wear body armor helmet and otherPPE when required. Able to run walk crawl moderate distances.

Security Clearance

  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI DoD clearance U.S. Citizenship required.
