Summary:

The Marketing Strategic Partner works with marketing and business stakeholders to develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for global marketing campaigns and do this to advance the RevenueRelationshipand Reputation goals of the company by ensuringeffective analysis planning development implementation measurement and reporting for the assigned programs.

Amongst other programs this position will hold a primary responsibility forforwardingFMs aims in the sports sponsorship haveexisting relationships with Rory McIlroythe LPGAand Boston Common Golfand are looking to maximize theinvestment andpotentiallyenterother similar is an exciting opportunity to helpactivate oursponsorships through the development and execution of marketingprogramsthatbuild awareness of and familiarity with FM as a leading provider of commercial property insurance.

Schedule and Location:

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Johnston RI. Domestic and international travel is required 10-15% throughout the year. This is a full-time office-based position with flexibility for two remote working days each week based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with Marketing Client Service Sales and Operations peers within and outside FM to ensure collaborative marketing strategies and the best use of resources to achieve desired results.
  • Lead development and oversee execution of marketing strategy plans and campaigns with an emphasis on sports marketing and sponsorship activation.
  • Ensure all work is done within agreed-to marketing practices and procedures and in alignment with the brand positioning compliance and personalized asappropriate.
  • Create and coordinate execution of omnichannel marketing roadmaps (enablement PR advertising multimedia viral interactive/web direct mail events exhibits etc.) aligned to audience journeys and ABM plans working closely with Marketing Sales and Client Service and other internal and external colleagues.
  • Contribute to management of agency and vendor relationships for the assigned programs.
  • Serve asresourceby advising on localization issues ensuringappropriate campaignsare present in key accounts and markets addressing local marketing issues as they arise.
  • Follow established processes tooptimizethe effectiveness efficiency creativity agility and quality of programs and tools designed for the market and client-facing teams.
  • Monitor metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs; track analyze andreport onresults tooptimizeimpact.
  • Exhibit the leadershipskilland ability to influence and drive alignment of marketing activities to ensure message consistency and best-in-class client experience.
  • Develop a good understanding of client and partner needs and the Client Service and Sales processes to ensure the needs of the business are addressed.
  • Ensure projects stay within established budgets and meetobjectives.
  • Otherprojectsassigned will be handled within appropriate corporate guidelines and in collaboration with marketing and communications peers as well as business unit sponsors.

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing Communications or Business.

Required Work Experience:

  • 5 years of marketing experience isrequired with an emphasis on sports marketing or sponsorship activation in a corporate and/or agency setting.

Highly Preferred Work Experience:

  • 8-10 years of increasingly responsible positions in a corporate and/or agency setting.
  • Experience using groundbreaking media; digital marketing savvy.
  • Global experience in a corporate environment.

Required Skills:

  • Understands the businessobjectivesof assigned campaigns andknowswhich marketing plans and tactics will support achieving theobjectivesat a global and regional level.
  • Apply knowledge of marketing to decide how best to prioritize plans and campaigns to achieve Corporate and Operations objectives.

  • Solid understanding of the business priorities of FM and its various business units.

The hiring range for this position is $117280 - $168600 annually. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education skills and experience.
