Responsibilities:

As a Caregiver at Always Best Care youll be responsible for:

• Providing companionship and support for seniors
• With Extensive experience in Hoyer lift.
• Assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry cleaning and meal preparation
• Offering transportation to appointments errands and social activities
• Providing personal care including bathing dressing and toileting
• Assisting with mobility and transfers to and from beds chairs and wheelchairs
• Monitoring health and wellness reporting changes to supervisors
• Offering emotional support and encouragement for maintaining independence
• Keeping clients engaged through activities and conversation
• Following care plans and safety protocols

Qualifications:

To ensure quality care we require:

• 2 years of professional caregiving experience(home care agency facility or similar environment)
• English proficiency and clear communication skills
• Two professional references (supervisor or co-worker)
• Ability to pass a background check
• TB test(preferred not required)
• Valid drivers licenseandcurrent car insurance(preferred not required)
• Be dependable compassionate and have the ability to take initiative
