Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Talent Acquisition Partner-8-month contract working in Montreal QC you will be part of the Culture and Engagement team.

You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment for hourly roles in our breweries. Youll need a client service mindset and operate as a value added business partner in a highly collaborative team environment.

This position reports to the Manager Talent Acquisition and works closely with their assigned client group HR Business Partners and is a key strategic member of the business.

What Youll Be Brewing:

Achieve an effective and consistent talent acquisition process

Create and maintain talent resource pipelines and sourcing to provide a steady supply of top tier talent to the organization

Include diversity through pipeline sourcing and relationship management

Connect business and talent trends as a business strategic support and consultant; youll be a true partner and subject matter expert on talent acquisition.

Key Ingredients:

You have a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

1-2 years of progressive experience in recruitment is preferred

You are a confident and competent recruiter. You are diplomatic professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business

You value and embrace change.

You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy

You believe in the value of the candidate experience and strive to provide the utmost service and support to all customers both internal and external.

You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

Youbuild relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
