ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:
- Maintains files relating to workers compensation claims in litigation.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with departments and interacts in a professional manner with all levels of employees.
- Compiles and maintains all security and employee accident reports for Harrahs Oklahoma property.
- Assists the Regulatory Compliance & Risk Manager/Director in the implementation and coordination of risk and safety programs and Compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist the Regulatory Compliance & Risk Manager/Director in coordinating risk management and safety programs.
- Collaborate with different departments and the BVGC to ensure alignment with Compliance policies and procedures.
- Review and implement internal control standards ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the approval process for internal control standards and policy updates with ITOGC.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date key logs documenting all essential information for risk management purposes.
- Process and organize legal documents including subpoenas ensuring timely responses and compliance.
- Monitor and assess adherence to Compliance policies identifying areas for improvement and make recommendations for necessary changes.
- Conduct training sessions to educate staff on risk and compliance policies and procedures.
- Foster clear communication channels to ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed of changes and updates.
- Generate reports on risk management and compliance activities providing insights and recommendations.
- Completes OSHA records in a timely manner.
- Assists Harrahs insurance third party administrators in all claim investigations through closure.
- Communicates clearly both orally and through written analysis charts and graphs.
- Communicates both written and orally with legal counsel involving workers compensation and guest liability claims.
- Answers phone files and uses copy machine.
- Addresses questions and concerns of all employees and guests in a timely manner.
- Must have scheduling flexibility to be able to assist employees as needed.
- Maintains list of liability insurance certificates for contracts.
- Liaison with Fire Department Health Department EPA Sheriffs Department and Harrahs Oklahoma

- Must be at least 21 years of age.

- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Must be fluent in use of Microsoft Office products (Excel Word PowerPoint Publisher & Outlook).
- Preferred administrative or coordinator experience.
- Preferred Casino Operations and/or Risk and Safety experience.
- Preferred bilingual.
