We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Agent L1 (English & Mandarin Speaker) for urgent needs (ASAP).
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat quickly and accurately
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and empathetically
- Provide accurate information about products services and company policies
- Assist customers with the ordering process order tracking and cancellations
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy
- Record customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Mandarin/Chinese both spoken and written
- Proof of language proficiency in the form of certificates test results or relevant professional experience Experience as a Customer Service representative or project-based Customer Service representative is a plus
- Education in Taiwan or China is a plus
- Willing to work shifts
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Possess good communication skills attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset
- Willing to be processed and join the team in the near future
