Job Summary

Job brief

We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Agent L1 (English & Mandarin Speaker) for urgent needs (ASAP).

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat quickly and accurately
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and empathetically
  • Provide accurate information about products services and company policies
  • Assist customers with the ordering process order tracking and cancellations
  • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy
  • Record customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin/Chinese both spoken and written
  • Proof of language proficiency in the form of certificates test results or relevant professional experience Experience as a Customer Service representative or project-based Customer Service representative is a plus
  • Education in Taiwan or China is a plus
  • Willing to work shifts
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Possess good communication skills attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Willing to be processed and join the team in the near future
