The Program Director assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients and provides physical therapy evaluations modalities and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care. Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.

Qualifications and requirements:
The incumbent shall be responsible for the total operation of the rehabilitation program. The incumbent plans directs and coordinates program activities to ensure that company and client goals are met. The incumbent shall also be accountable for and contribute to program development quality improvement and problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion. Requirements include:
Graduate of a bachelors degree program in a health related business public relations or human services area of concentration.
If clinical must possess a current license to practice as required by the state.
A track record of successful management experience in a health or human services setting and/or an extensive rehabilitation background combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skill is necessary.
Experience working with a geriatric disabled population is preferred.
Computer and current technology competence.
Hourly range: $52.00 - $58.00
