As a Guest Relations Researcher your compensation will be $32.22 per hour.
What youll do
A day in the life of ourGuestResearchers it demandshigh levelsof energyin order tokeep up. They needconsistency even though the days are neveralike;and creativity to tackledaily of the tasks that ourResearchersaccomplishwould belengthybut thelist belowisessential to know.
- OurGuestResearchersare responsible forthoroughly researching andidentifyingclues by consulting all platformspreviousstaysand institutional knowledge to create robust guest profiles. They use clues collaborate and plan actions to deliver on bespoke recognition & experiencesduring their will includeconfirming orallocatingappropriate relationshipowner to every guestall to ensureourguestsreceivesnothingbut the bestexperience.
Sometimes our guests have special requests involvingongoing collection of insights & clues and institutional knowledge gathered during guests visitand even special occasions.
Our hotelsare trulyluxuryhotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. OurGuestResearchersarereliedupon to report these and work with several otherpositionsto correct. - Communication is what keeps ourdepartmentsrunning perfectly. OurGuestResearchersmust communicate withother departments andextendedhotelteamin order toensure the alignmentremains.

Due to the nature of the hospitality industry employees are required toworkvarying schedules including weekends and holidays to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
