UFC GYM is hiring high-energy Group Fitness Instructors to lead fight-inspired coach-driven cardio classes including Rhythm-Based Cardio Cycling Kickboxing and HIIT. Coaches bring intensity structure and motivation to every classdriving results through athletic movement strong coaching and nonstop energy. Ideal candidates can command a room coach all fitness levels and live the UFC GYM culture. Certification and CPR/AED required. Results-driven coaches only

- Sell and conduct private and small group training with members.
- Assist members and encourage member involvement in private training.
- Arrive on time prepared and attentive for training appointments.
- Assist in revenue-generating activities (complimentary workouts supplement booths body fat tables workshops).
- Focus on changing lives through Service Science and Sales.
- Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its Train Different philosophy.
- Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely Ready Aware Inspiring Noble) to life.
- Conduct safe and effective one-on-one and small group training sessions for members.
- Develop personalized fitness programs and track client progress.
- Promote personal training packages to help members reach their goals.
- Make phone calls to prospective and current members to schedule assessments workouts and personal training sessions.
- Follow up on leads to drive personal training revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and training bookings.
- Greet members and provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
- Check members in and assist with membership inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments classes and personal training sessions.
- Ensure the facility is organized and welcoming.
- Ensure the gym remains clean orderly and member-ready by re-racking weights assisting members delivering strong customer service and maintaining an active floor presence
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Current PT certification (NASM ACE ISSA)
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day.
- Must be able to regularly lift heavy weights squat bend reach and spot.
- Must be able to frequently lift and /or moves up to 45 pounds.
