Job Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join Gainwell Technologies LLC a leading IT company specializing in modernizing public health and human services. As a Help Desk Technician you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users and ensuring smooth operation of computer systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Install and configure software and hardware
  • Set up and manage user accounts
  • Assist in network maintenance and monitoring
  • Collaborate with IT team to resolve complex problems
  • Document technical processes and solutions

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and IT components
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good communication abilities

Desired Experience:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support

Salary & Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $30 per hour
  • Maximum Salary: $40 per hour
