As a Help Desk Technician you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users and ensuring smooth operation of computer systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Set up and manage user accounts
- Assist in network maintenance and monitoring
- Collaborate with IT team to resolve complex problems
- Document technical processes and solutions
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and IT components
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication abilities
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $30 per hour
