Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join the newly formed Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECM) team. This role will lead complex cross-functional IT projects ensuring successful planning execution and delivery in alignment with the firms technology and business goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale technology initiatives in professional services or law firm environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple IT projects across the ECM portfolio ensuring adherence to the firms SDLC framework.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans including schedules task tracking budgets and executive reporting.
Coordinate across business units and technology teams to identify dependencies manage risks and maintain project momentum.
Prepare and present progress updates risk assessments and budget summaries for senior leadership.
Manage project intake prioritization and resource allocation across multiple initiatives.
Facilitate structured meetings with clear agendas defined outcomes and accountability for next steps.
Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment transparency and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (preferred).
10 years of project management experience including at least 7 years in IT with senior stakeholder engagement.
Proven track record of leading large-scale complex technology projects ideally in professional services or law firm environments.
Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Atlassian Confluence and JIRA.
Exceptional problem-solving organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
Customer-focused collaborative approach with a strategic mindset.
