- Fulfills the needs of the patients families and community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with his/her licensure certification training and regulatory requirements.
- Delivers care to patients in a competent capable caring and efficient manner.
- Applies knowledge of growth and development over the life span necessary to provide age-appropriate care.
- Demonstrates the ability to obtain information and interpret information in terms of the patients needs
- Demonstrates an understanding of the range of treatment needed by these patients
- Makes initial assessment and determines appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients as evidence by appropriate documentation
- Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients including a review of systems as evidence by appropriate documentation
- Completes admission assessment in time frame established according to policy and procedures
NIHSS BLS & ACLS Required
CPI - Required (Must be Crisis Prevention Institutes NCI With Advanced Physical Skills Training course)
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state/district - Required
Med/Surg Experience - Required: 2 Years
Cerner Experience Required
RN Experience - Required: 2 Years
Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program Required
