8hrs non-billable orientation
Call: 4/hour
Call-Back Holiday and OT multipliers - 1.25%

- 2 years current FIRST ASSIST OPERATING ROOM experience Required
- Bachelor of Science degree Required
- BLS AHSA Required
- CNOR REQUIRED Required
- Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred
- Perm address must be included in profile
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

- Skills Checklist FIRST ASSIST OPERATING ROOM current to 1 year REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment) REQUIRED
- Massachusetts RN license - Must be uploaded with profile REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- Active American Heart Association BLS - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- Active Certified Perioperative Nurse CNOR - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
NOTE: FACILITY WILL NOT PEND CERTS. MA RN LICENSE OR APPLICATION OF SAME MUST BE IN HAND AT TIME OF PROFILE UPLOAD TO TRIO.
