Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format): Senior Onsite IT Support Engineer
- Serve as a key technical resource providing onsite end-user IT support in a fast-paced multi-cultural global environment.
- Perform full-scope IMAC (Installs Moves Adds Changes) services for endpoints and peripherals.
- Setup configure diagnose and troubleshoot desktops laptops mobile devices and RF equipment.
- Deliver high-level white-glove VIP support for executive users and manage real-time escalations.
- Maintain and support AV/conference room technologies addressing urgent walkup issues promptly.
- Execute depot services including device imaging configuration inventory tagging shipment coordination and asset lifecycle tracking.
- Manage IT onboarding and offboarding tasks including user provisioning and deprovisioning across Active Directory Microsoft Entra and enterprise HRMS platforms.
- Use ServiceNow for incident management documentation and ensuring SLA compliance.
- Participate in monthly patching cycles software deployment and endpoint compliance with security and update standards.
- Apply advanced technical expertise in Windows macOS iOS/Android networking (Cisco/Meraki) AV and VoIP technologies.
- Utilize support tools and platforms such as ServiceNow ProxyPro Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) and MDM solutions (e.g. Ivanti).
- Follow IT asset management best practices and ITIL frameworks.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and documentation skills with cultural sensitivity.
- Preferred: Relevant certifications (CompTIA A MCP ITIL Foundation) and prior VIP user support experience.
