Job Summary

Role : Facade Designer ( Autocad fresher can apply)

Exp: 0 to 2 years

Location : Navi Mumbai ( Sanpada)

Mandatory Candidate Profile:

Education: A Bachelors degree/Diploma in (Civil /Mechanical) Engineering or Architecture is required.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience. Recent graduates with a strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in structural or façade design are encouraged to apply.
Technical Knowledge: Basic proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD) is mandatory. The candidate must possess a strong willingness to learn advanced design tools

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Drawing & Documentation Support:

Assist in the preparation of initial drafts for façade drawings and technical documents as directed by senior team members.
Make revisions to drawings and specifications based on feedback from the design team.

Technical Learning & Application:

Actively learn and apply company standards project specifications and fundamental engineering principles.
Gain a working knowledge of local building codes and various façade materials.

Team Collaboration:

Support the design team in day-to-day project tasks.
Maintain and organize design files records and project correspondence to ensure information is accurate and accessible.

Quality Adherence:

Assist in basic quality checks of drawings to ensure they meet required standards before formal review.
