About the Role
We are looking for a sales-driven Pre-Sales Manager to support our growing SMS & messaging business in
Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in driving deal closures influencing revenue and accelerating sales cycles
across enterprise and mid-market clients. The role works closely with Sales to convert opportunities into
revenue through strong solution positioning demos proposals and compliance guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales teams to drive pipeline conversion and deal closures
- Position SMS OTP and WhatsApp solutions to maximize deal value
- Participate in sales meetings client presentations and negotiations
- Deliver high-impact product demos and solution presentations
- Propose A2P SMS OTP & 2FA WhatsApp Business API Sender IDs Short & Long Codes
- Support pricing discussions proposals RFPs and RFQs
- Advise on Saudi telecom compliance (CST STC Mobily Zain)
- Ensure smooth handover from sales closure to onboarding
- Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities

- 46 years experience in Pre-Sales Technical Sales or Solution Consulting
- Background in SMS CPaaS Telecom or Messaging platforms
- Exposure to Saudi enterprise or mid-market sales cycles
- Strong understanding of A2P SMS APIs and WhatsApp Business API
- Excellent communication presentation and objection-handling skills
Nice to Have
- Arabic language skills
- Experience with banks fintechs government or large enterprises
- Exposure to WhatsApp BSP onboarding & Meta approvals
