. As a member of our ground staff team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport.
Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting passengers at check-in security and boarding gates
Handling baggage and cargo including loading and unloading from aircraft
Conducting security checks and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Providing excellent customer service and resolving any passenger inquiries or issues
Coordinating with other airport departments to ensure on-time departures and arrivals
Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks as required
Assisting passengers with special needs or disabilities
Collaborating with flight crew to ensure a safe and comfortable flight experience for all passengers
Adhering to all company policies and procedures as well as industry regulations Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills and proficiency in English
