Job Summary
-Coordinate and monitor daily shipment operations (import & export).
-Ensure smooth communication with carriers agents and vendors.
-Track shipments and resolve any operational issues or delays
-Prepare and review operational documents and reports.
-Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
-Prepare accurate and competitive pricing quotations for customers.
-Request and negotiate rates with shipping lines airlines and transport providers.
-Analyze costs to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
Requirements
-Bachelors degree in business Marketing Logistics or related field.
-13 years of experience in logistics and freight forwarder.
-Communication skills.
-Strong skills in MS Excel Word and PowerPoint.
-Organized proactive and willing to learn.
-Hands-on exposure to sales and marketing.
