From guiding fair and consistent decisionmaking to driving engagement and fostering a respectful inclusive environment the ER function ensures that every employees experience reflects the companys values. Where you come in:
- You will collaborate with Employee Relations colleague to provide guidance on new and existing regulatory and internal policies that impact Dexcom and its employees.
- You will partner with ER colleague Global Employment Law and Compliance to ensure that the company and HR policy/guidelines comply with legal/regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- You will coach and consult on the interpretation and application of HR policy and guidelines across the employment life cycle in partnership
- You will develop resource tools to ensure consistent application of HR policy and guidelines.
- You will assist in the HR compliance programs to comply with legal guidelines and internal policies.
- You will investigate HR-related ethics and employee cases to ensure timely and thorough investigation and resolution of all issues
- You will ensure submission of regulatory requirements that impact HR
- You will participate in various regulatory and/or internal audits.
- You will represents HR to various regulatory bodies in Cebu such as DOLE PEZA etc.
