OneMD is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our growing healthcare team. The physician will provide comprehensive patient-centered primary care services including preventive care diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. This role focuses on delivering high-quality medical care while building long-term relationships with patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services including annual physicals preventive screenings and wellness visits
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
Conduct sick visits follow-ups and patient consultations
Administer and manage vaccinations and immunization schedules
Develop and manage individualized treatment and care plans
Order interpret and review diagnostic tests and lab results
Educate patients on health maintenance disease prevention and lifestyle choices
Maintain accurate timely and compliant medical records
Collaborate with nurses medical assistants and other healthcare professionals
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations policies and best clinical practices
Deliver compassionate ethical and culturally sensitive patient care
Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active and unrestricted medical license (state-specific)
Valid DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based care environment
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR systems)
