Job Description Summary:
As a Commercial Debt Advisor the role involves analyzing due diligence and securing financing with external lenders to ensure a client-centered approach for commercial real estate transactions. The role is accountable to develop an effective internal and external network for acquiring successful prospects and to coordinate the client relationship for further revenue generation. Additional responsibilities include assisting with closings analyzing other potential real estate transactions and performing special projects such as portfolio valuation and investment research. Success in the role will require identifying negotiating structuring and providing initial underwriting for real estate transactions while facilitating credit decisions and recommendations in alignment with financial lenders and collaborating with Colliers International Real Estate Agents.
