Job Description:
DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
TD Finance Governance Risk and Control (Finance GRC or 1B)s mandate is to enable and support Finance partners toidentify understandmanageand mitigate risks in their operations in adherence with internal and regulatory requirements requests and expectations. We support Finance by ensuring the business adheres to the key risk programs through training monitoring testing and provision of risk management adviceinsightsand reporting. We also oversee the policies and standards governing financial reporting activitiesin order tomitigate financial reporting risk. We foster a culture of diversity inclusion and community giving.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Junior Analyst Finance GRC you willbe responsible fortesting of Finances risk management programs and controls including financial reporting controls.
Contribute to 1Btesting ofFinances compliance with key risk programs including operational risk oversightinsightsand reporting such as:
Testing or assessing the effectiveness of controls designed and implemented to support the Business
Facilitating creation of remediation plans o
Testing for compliance with GL Reconciliation and Attestation policy.
Document testing results through testing templates and workpapers.
Input of testing results in the Control Testing (CT) book of record (Archerbasedtool Merlin).
Summarize testing results through MS Power Point presentations.
Work in MS Excel to provide initial data analysis of account population forGLTesting program. Internal
Partner with other teams and lines of defense on control effectiveness monitoring
Contribute to effective transparent culture of risk awareness accountability ethics integrity and conduct.
